Only 2 more treatments to go!!!  Here are some pictures from today - so cute!

Finn waiting for Elan to wake up.  Finn handles everything so great. It really helps that the doctors and nurses make it all seem so normal and fun.  With a 7 AM treatment they are in PJ's.

With Natalie - one of our nurses.  There are 5 and we usually have her, Vicki or Lisa in recovery.  All are so wonderful!

Today we invited several kids we have gotten to know here from the congregation to a kid's pool party!  (Finn's idea of course!).  Thankfully it was in the upper 80s so not too hot for Elan.  We all met at the local pool and had a great time!  I bought a cake and put a few fun toys Elan likes on it - a hit!
Here are some cute photos of the group.  So unbelievably loving of everyone to show up!  It really made us feel loved and supported!  Several more came too - but too late for cake :)

Now check this last picture out  - I LOVE IT!  This guy was being put in cuffs for obvious intoxication.  Drinking and driving a lawn mower!  So right out of The Straight Story - a movie that is spot on about Iowa where I grew up.  Indiana just like it!
