My mom made a goodie bag for the boys and one of the first things Finn opened up was a calculator. So now he says "according to my calculator there are... ahead" some of the cute things are the following
we are in sunrise county milkshake island
we are in california
There are astronauts coming ahead
There will be time travel
Head towards south iowa ( no such place)
So we stopped at the zoo and had a bipolar time. Finn had his first corn dog and didnt want to finish it. Elan loved the elephants and red panda! Finally at the very end was an awesome kid area.. should have started there first. Kind of like Robinson Cruso. They even had an area you can pet goats which they both loved. Pics not on my phone but good camera so will load later...
We then kept driving a bit and saw some beautiful scenery - see below.
We stopped in Lexington for the night around 10 so didn't get to see what we had hoped to. We will another time!
